Terms & Conditions
At EconPlus, we are committed to providing high-quality, accessible, and reliable educational resources in the field of Economics to learners across India and beyond, including school students preparing for board examinations, college learners pursuing undergraduate or postgraduate degrees, and working professionals seeking conceptual clarity or preparing for competitive examinations. By accessing, browsing, or using our website or any of our services—including viewing free sample materials, exploring course details, purchasing notes, downloading digital files, or interacting with support—you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to abide by the Terms and Conditions set forth in this policy. This agreement establishes the legal foundation for the relationship between the user and EconPlus, ensuring fair usage, protection of intellectual property, safeguarding of user data, and creation of a smooth and respectful learning environment for all. Our platform is intended for responsible use by individuals aged 16 and above, and younger users may explore or purchase materials strictly under the supervision or consent of a parent or guardian. All users are expected to provide accurate and genuine personal information during registration, including name, email address, and mobile number, which are required for communication, order verification, and account recovery purposes. Misrepresentation of identity, impersonation of another individual, or unauthorized access to another user’s account is strictly prohibited and considered a violation of this agreement. EconPlus specializes in offering digital and handwritten notes in PDF format, concept-based study materials, and academic guidance exclusively for the subject of Economics, covering multiple branches such as Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Statistics, Development Economics, Econometrics, International Economics, Environmental Economics, Public Finance, and related domains taught at school, undergraduate, and postgraduate levels. Our platform also supports learners preparing for competitive examinations such as UGC NET, IES, banking exams, and other assessments where Economics forms a major component. All educational materials—whether free or paid—made available through EconPlus are meticulously created by our team of educators and contributors and remain the exclusive intellectual property of EconPlus. Under no circumstances may users copy, duplicate, translate, modify, upload, broadcast, distribute, resell, share, or publish any EconPlus content in any online or offline format. This includes sharing PDF files with classmates or friends, posting materials on social media or messaging groups, uploading notes to educational websites, or distributing content through email or cloud storage. Any such action will be considered a serious infringement of copyright and may result in immediate suspension of access, legal action, or penalties deemed appropriate by our organization under relevant Indian copyright and IT laws. Users purchasing materials from EconPlus receive a single-user license, which grants them individual access for personal study purposes only. This license is non-transferable, non-shareable, and cannot be gifted, sold, or reassigned to another person. Sharing login credentials, whether intentionally or unintentionally, is prohibited and may lead to account deactivation without refund. All payments made on our platform must be processed through official, legal, and verified payment methods such as UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, mobile wallets, or other authorized modes provided at the time of checkout. EconPlus does not store, access, or retain any sensitive financial information such as card numbers, CVV details, or banking passwords; all transactions are securely processed through third-party payment gateways that follow industry-standard safety protocols. Upon successful payment, users receive instant access to the purchased notes or course materials, either through direct download links or through their personal dashboard. Because access is immediate and downloadable, EconPlus follows a strict no-refund policy once the content has been accessed, opened, or downloaded. However, understanding that mistakes can occur, we provide a one-time special exception, allowing users to request a full refund only if the purchased content has not been accessed or downloaded. This exception can be availed once per registered user, and refund approval is subject to verification by the EconPlus support team. Multiple refund attempts, incomplete payment details, fraudulent claims, or suspicious activities will disqualify the user from future refund considerations. Users must send refund requests before accessing the purchased material; once a file is opened—even for a moment—the purchase becomes final and non-refundable. EconPlus provides educational materials to support conceptual clarity, exam preparation, and academic improvement; however, we do not guarantee specific results, exam scores, or selection in competitive examinations. Achievements depend on individual study habits, consistency, environment, and effort—factors beyond our control. Users are encouraged to carefully review previews, sample pages, syllabus alignment, and FAQs before making a purchase decision. Accounts created on EconPlus must be kept secure at all times. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and preventing unauthorized access to their accounts. If you suspect any misuse or unauthorized entry into your account, you must notify us immediately so that we may assist in resetting your password and securing your data. The platform strives to provide smooth functionality across devices such as mobile phones, tablets, and computers. However, occasional technical issues may arise due to factors like device compatibility, internet instability, third-party server problems, maintenance activities, or unexpected outages. While EconPlus works to resolve such disruptions promptly, we cannot be held responsible for delays or interruptions outside our control. Our customer support team is trained to guide a wide range of user groups—including school students, their parents, college learners, and working professionals—on matters like account creation, payment confirmation, download issues, and course selection. Users are expected to communicate respectfully and courteously. Any form of abusive language, harassment, threatening emails, inappropriate behavior, or misuse of our communication channels will result in termination of services, account suspension, and potential legal consequences depending on the severity of the misconduct. Users must refrain from attempting any unethical or illegal activities such as hacking the website, executing DDoS attacks, scraping content through automated bots, bypassing security systems, or manipulating our platform for unauthorized access. Such activities are criminal offenses under the Information Technology Act of India and will be dealt with strictly. While we make every effort to keep all educational materials updated according to the latest curriculum frameworks, syllabi may change periodically due to decisions by school boards, universities, or examination authorities. EconPlus strives to revise content regularly but cannot guarantee that every update will reflect the latest academic change at the exact moment of release. It is advisable that users verify their final exam requirements through official textbooks, university notifications, or board circulars. Refund and canelletion Policy
At Econ+, we are committed to providing high-quality, simplified, and concept-focused Economics education to students across all academic levels, offering a wide range of digital handwritten notes, structured PDFs, video lessons, test series, and course materials designed to match school, college, and competitive exam syllabi. Because our resources are digital in nature and can be easily accessed, downloaded, stored, or reproduced, we have established a transparent, fair, and well-defined Refund and Cancellation Policy to ensure equal protection for both learners and content creators. At the core of our policy is the principle that once a digital product is accessed, opened, viewed, downloaded, or delivered to the customer’s registered email or account, it cannot be revoked or returned. Therefore, as a general rule, Econ+ does not offer refunds or cancellations after a user has enrolled in a course, opened a file, accessed any module, downloaded any handwritten or digital notes, or interacted with password-protected content. This rule applies to all types of academic resources available on the Econ+ platform, including microeconomics notes, macroeconomics notes, statistics, public finance, development economics, monetary economics, environmental economics, Indian economy, international trade, econometrics, question banks, and exam-focused study materials. We strongly encourage students to carefully read all course descriptions, topic lists, included chapters, sample pages, previews, and product details before confirming a purchase. We also advise users to ensure that the material they select matches their academic needs, university syllabus, or exam preparation requirements, as the responsibility for choosing the correct product lies with the buyer. To support genuine cases and maintain user trust, Econ+ offers a strictly limited one-time exception policy, under which a customer may request a refund or cancellation only if they have not accessed, opened, downloaded, viewed, or interacted with any of the purchased content. This one-time exception cannot be used multiple times, and once it is granted for a single purchase, it will not be applicable for future transactions by the same user. The user must submit a refund request before the material is accessed, and the request must be made through our official support email at support@econplus.in. Our support team will verify whether the content has been accessed and whether the request meets the required conditions. If any digital footprint—such as a download record, file view, login-based course access, module initiation, or content interaction—is detected, the refund request will be automatically declined. Econ+ offers this exception only to genuinely mistaken buyers and not to users who attempt to misuse digital access or claim accidental purchase after using the material. All refund requests must be genuine, supported with valid proof of purchase, and submitted within a reasonable time frame before content access is activated.nEcon+ may also consider refund requests in specific situations where the customer receives the wrong file, incorrect subject notes, mismatched PDFs, or materials that do not correspond to the purchased item. In such cases, the customer must report the issue within 48 hours of purchase along with screenshot evidence or video proof of the error. If the correct material is available, Econ+ will replace the incorrect file with the right one at no extra cost. If the correct version cannot be provided, a refund may be issued only if the customer has not accessed or downloaded any content. Refunds will also be considered if there is a technical issue on our side, such as payment being deducted but access not being provided, duplicate transactions caused by server problems, or inability to access materials due to system errors from the platform’s end for more than 72 hours. Users must submit valid screenshots of the payment transaction, transaction IDs, timestamps, and registered email details to help the team investigate and resolve the issue. However, refunds will not be provided for problems caused by the customer’s device, such as insufficient storage, outdated software, weak internet connections, browser incompatibility, mobile glitches, or attempts to access the content using unsupported devices. For approved refunds, users should note that the refund process may take 5–7 working days, depending on the payment gateway, bank processing time, and UPI system timelines. Econ+ processes refunds only to the original mode of payment used by the customer, and delays caused by banks or third-party payment platforms are beyond the control of our support team. If a user places a cancellation request before accessing the content, the purchase may be cancelled, but once a video lesson, PDF, or handwritten notes file is opened, the cancellation request will not be accepted. Econ+ strictly does not offer refunds for materials purchased during special discounts, festival sales, limited-time offers, coupon-based purchases, combo packs, or bundle deals, as such promotional items are non-refundable under all circumstances. All purchases made through discounts are considered final. Additionally, Econ+ holds the right to decline refund requests if the user is found attempting to misuse the policy, download materials multiple times before requesting refunds, or engage in fraudulent or dishonest refund activities. In the future, Econ+ may introduce physical handwritten notes or printed materials for shipping. Once launched, the refund policy for physical products will be separate. As a general guideline, replacement will be provided only for damaged items reported immediately upon delivery with photo/video proof, or for incorrect items delivered by mistake. Physical product refunds will depend on stock availability and return conditions, and shipping charges will not be refunded unless the error is caused by Econ+. However, the existing refund policy currently applies only to digital products, which form the primary academic content offered by our platform. To avoid misunderstandings or dissatisfaction, Econ+ encourages all users to thoroughly review course samples, take help from our support team for syllabus matching, and clarify any confusion before making a purchase. By completing a purchase on our website, users acknowledge that they have read the Refund and Cancellation Policy in full and agree to abide by its terms. They also understand that digital educational products have unique limitations and responsibilities compared to physical goods, and that once accessed, digital materials cannot be returned. Econ+ reserves full rights to update, revise, or modify this policy in the future without prior notice, and users are encouraged to revisit the policy regularly to stay informed. For any refund, cancellation, or support-related queries, customers must contact us only through our official support email at support@econplus.in, as this helps maintain records and ensures transparent communication. Our dedicated support team works from Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 8 PM, to assist users with genuine concerns. This policy is designed to protect learners, maintain trust, safeguard our creators, and uphold the quality and sustainability of the Econ+ platform. By purchasing and accessing any product from Econ+, the customer accepts all terms of this Refund and Cancellation Policy and agrees to comply with all platform guidelines, ensuring a fair, smooth, and responsible learning experience for everyone
